JEFFERY ANDREW BARKLEY
An international award winning Hairstylist and world competitor from the greater Toronto area, Jeffery is always on the cutting edge of the newest techniques.  He has the imagination and motivation it takes to turn the average person’s hair into an artistic creation.  Jeff has gathered knowledge from his travels across Canada in the hair and fashion industry.  Working in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto he has exercised his talents to develop a unique cutting technique he has titled Freedom in Dimensions.
